Protected Home can fulfill orders on-line for shipment within the United States, (including Alaska & Hawaii) and its territories and possessions (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

Please call 800-880-6000 to place your order if you are from or shipping to a location other than one of those mentioned above. If you are from Canada, click here for a list of authorized list of Canadian resellers.

Protected Home ships all orders via United Parcel Service or US Postal Service, depending upon the ship to location. During the “check-out” procedure, you may choose from the following shipping options.  Shipping and handling costs are based on your total order amount, prior to adding taxes or shipping charges.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and any US Territory or Possession are shipped via UPS Next Day Air only.

Shipments within the State of Minnesota are charged sales tax. Orders that have a bill to address within Minnesota, but a ship to address out of Minnesota are not subject to this tax.

Please allow 24 to 36 hours for order processing. You will receive an Order Confirmation via email indicating an order number that you should reference when you initially place your order, plus a Shipping Verification email once your order is processed by Protected Home.

All orders are shipped the same day if received and processed before 2pm, Central Time, Monday through Friday. All other orders are generally shipped the next business day if all items are in stock.
