This powerful wireless driveway alarm notifies you if a car, person or large animal is coming up your driveway.
The product consists of a weatherproof motion sensing transmitter that is easily mounted on a tree or post near the drive way entrance. The sensor uses a passive infrared (PIR) beam to detect people or vehicles to a distance of up to 80 feet. Then it sends a wireless signal back to the receiver up to 600 feet away*!
The receiver can accept information from up to four wireless receivers, playing a different alarm tone for each zone or condition. You can add additional motion activated driveway sensors or add our PIR intruder sensor to alert you if an intruder enters the garage or house.
How Wireless Driveway Alarms Work
The receiver is equipped with four, normally open form "C" relays that close when an alarm condition occurs. This allows the unit to be attached to one of our dialer units so you can be alerted by phone if an intruder breaks in. There is also one 12-volt DC output terminal that closes for a specified amount of time, allowing it to trigger an outside light, or siren if desired.

The driveway motion sensor is weatherproof and works for about 6 months on a 9V battery (not included). The receiver plugs into a regular 110VAC outlet. Other wireless driveway alarms are also available.
